Returns

  • Return Period: We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery of your order. To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at loja@montedacarochinha.com.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be intact, unopened, in its original packaging, and show no signs of use.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find any product damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement.

Refunds

  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and sent via a method agreed upon with the customer, within a certain number of days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us and send your item to loja@montedacarochinha.com.
