Mina Wine Red Reserve 2018

After being bottled, this wine aged for 24 months inside the Lousal Mine in Grândola. The average/high temperature of 25 degrees and its regularity throughout the year, causes this wine to evolve more markedly, which is felt mainly on the nose. In the mouth, these wines present great depth and tension and a life that impresses and exceeds all our expectations. The white wine has a golden colour, with a nose of resinous notes, ripe fruit, rockrose and salt. In the mouth, it is full-bodied with tension and vibrant acidity. It finishes long and minerally. The red wine has a garnet colour with evolving hints, a spicy nose, forest floor and light jam. In the mouth, it is structured, deep and with great freshness.
